How can I book a flight with DP Aviation?
At present reservations can be made by contacting our hotline (+94770555444) or authorized booking agent PPT travels (+94775755175). The website will be upgraded shortly to accommodate online
booking.
What documents do I need to carry while traveling?
Please ensure you have a valid identity in the form of passport or national identity card along with your
ticket.
Can I make changes to my booked ticket or itinerary?
Yes, - Please contact our hotline (+94770555444) to make changes to the itinerary.
Is it possible to get a refund for a canceled ticket?
Please refer to our terms & conditions.
Baggage
What is the baggage allowance for passengers?
The baggage allowance per passenger is 7 kg. If required to carry additional baggage, prior approval needs to be obtained.
Can I carry fragile items in my checked baggage?
While we endeavor to handle checked-in baggage with care, we recommend fragile and valuable items
be carried in your hand luggage.
What items are prohibited in both checked-in and carry-on baggage?
All dangerous goods are specified in our terms & conditions.
Check-In and Boarding
What time should I arrive for check-in before a flight?
Passengers are advised to arrive at least 30 minutes before the scheduled departure time for check-in.
What happens if I miss my flight or arrive late for check-in?
If you miss your flight or arrive late for check-in, you may not be allowed to board the aircraft, and the
fare paid will not be refunded. However, we may consider providing a seat on a different flight.

What measures does DP Aviation take for passengers with special needs?
Passengers with special needs should be informed to DP aviation of the condition of the passenger at the
time of booking the ticket. Unfortunately, we might not be able to accommodate passengers with all
types of special needs due to facility limitations. Please refer to terms & conditions for further details.
Payment and Charges
What payment methods are accepted for booking flights?
Currently we accept online bank transfer, however credit/debit card payments will be accepted once the
online booking is upgraded to the system.
Are there additional charges for excess baggage?
No excess baggage will be accepted at present. However, check with DP aviation of the weight
availability at the time of booking.
Onboard Experience
Can I request special meals or services during the flight?
No meals are served onboard.
What are the guidelines for passenger conduct during the flight?

Are there entertainment options available on DP Aviation flights?
DP aviation does not provide inflight entertainment options.
